Venom Member Discounts
VCA Venom members shall recieve a 10% discount
applied to their order (excluding shipping/handling)
At this time, Venom orders may be made via phone
or by mail. Your Venom membership must be verified
in order to receive the discount.
International Orders
To our international customers; Additional shipping charges may be required before your order is shipped as the pricing listed only applies to U.S. domestic shipments. Your order may incur duties and taxes to be paid. These charges vary for each country.

Returns / Claims
We hope you are pleased with your order, however if there is any problem please note: All claims for damaged, missing or improper merchandise must be made within 48 hrs of receipt. Please check your order carefully.
No claims will be accepted for decals or graphics once applied. Merchandise to be returned must be in the original packaging along with a copy of the order or shipper.
Prior authorization is required.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursable.
